Tumeken came to RuneScape a long time ago. He helped Guthix and Seren create it. Later he used his "Supa Dupa Awesome Powas" to create himself a wife and two kids (Icthy and Amas). He witnessed his son bring the Mahjarrat to Gielinor and his daughter go crazy from it. Also while his son brought the Mahjarrats, he went on a spiritual journey. This created many other gods, including Scabby. Eventually the Mahjarrats got to wild for him, and he ordered Icthlarin to take them away.
