Tiny Akthanakos is a magical bobblehead version of the Mahjarrat Akthanakos and a follower pet obtained by inspecting the large statue of Akthanakos, the holy prophet within the Ugthanatos Pyramid after completing Camel Calamity and Ritual of the Mahjarrat.
