You will only be able to pick it up while you wear your isolated boots. If you teleport, it will be destroyed. This item cannot be banked, you will get a message if you try to bank it: "This item would interact with all the other items in this bank, so you should keep it with you".
If you unequip your boots while having the Killerwatt thunder in your inventory, it will be destroyed and deal 300-700 damage to you. It will also drain your current combat stats based on the damage it did (1 level for each 10th damage rounded up).
This item is only used is during the Supermassive Black Hole! quest. It cannot be regained after the quest.
