Bastion Elba is an elven sailor that is located on the docks of Port Tyras. He appears to be an old friend of King Tyras and Arianwyn, due to the fact they knew each other at some point in the past. Hes also the starting NPC for the The West quest.

- He is one of the few elves that do not have a Welsh name.
- His examine hints that he knows all of the Western Lands and it's surroundings, suggesting that he is a Westerner himself.
